- Our regular Troop meetings are from 3 to 4:30 pm at the Weatherbee School Art Room, usually the first and third Wed. of each month. The Weatherbee Bzzz may say 3 to 5 pm since that is how long the room is reserved for, but normally the meetings will end at 4:30 pm, unless you are told otherwise by Cora and/or Lisa
- Afternoon Troop meetings will be canceled if Weatherbee School has a snow day, or cancels all after school activities due to weather (this decision is usually made between 1 and 2 pm)...if in doubt, please call Weatherbee School
- When the troop has an outdoor field trip planned and it rains (and we need to cancel the field trip), we may still be able to have a regular meeting at Weatherbee School and will decide this by 1 pm on the day of the outdoor field trips and send out emails at that time...
- All checks should always be made out to "GSME"
