Wed., July 18th, 1:30-3:30 pm: Swim at the Beth Pancoe Pool

  • Rain date is Thurs., July 19th, 1:30-3:30 pm
  • bring/wear swim stuff and flip flops for the locker room
  • troop will pay admission

  • Our time in the Rain Gardens will count toward the GS Junior Bronze Award.  The girls need a minimum of 6 hours to earn this.

QSP/Ashdon Farms Sales Info

all sales orders are due back to Cora on Wed., Oct. 19th (the Masquerade Ball meeting)...please feel free to return orders prior to Oct. 19th if you are done selling...the orders need to be entered online by Cora on Thurs., Oct. 20th, so please help the troop get their orders in on time (Council is not accepting any late orders)

all checks should be made out to "GSME"

online orders are a convenient way to avoid filling out the order forms and handling money...girls must print off a copy of their online orders

click on the "QSP online program" logo (located about half-way down on the right side) to access the online info...you will need to "register" the first time, and then "login" the rest of the times you want to access this online info
  • this is where you complete "Step 3" of the process (sending emails)
  • this is where you may place the orders for your family online
For online sales, you must send an email to the potential customer in order for them to order online. So as you sell this year, mention that you can do online sales and if they are interested in ordering online, get their email address so that you can email the link to them.

Also, new this year, is an option to take orders for sending canned nuts to the military.

General Info

  • Our regular Troop meetings are from 3 to 4:30 pm at the Weatherbee School Art Room, usually the first and third Wed. of each month. The Weatherbee Bzzz may say 3 to 5 pm since that is how long the room is reserved for, but normally the meetings will end at 4:30 pm, unless you are told otherwise by Cora and/or Lisa
  • Afternoon Troop meetings will be canceled if Weatherbee School has a snow day, or cancels all after school activities due to weather (this decision is usually made between 1 and 2 pm)...if in doubt, please call Weatherbee School
  • When the troop has an outdoor field trip planned and it rains (and we need to cancel the field trip), we may still be able to have a regular meeting at Weatherbee School and will decide this by 1 pm on the day of the outdoor field trips and send out emails at that time...
  • All checks should always be made out to "GSME"
